Becoming Your Own Chief Numbers Officer is not just another cohort that gives you 8 hours of videos to watch or a spreadsheet and a Loom video to manage your finances. I know that you’re an incredibly busy business owner who doesn’t have additional time to sit through hours upon hours of training without implementation. (But you’re not yet ready to hire your own CFO!)
Which is why in this 8 week cohort, we’re doing a classic half n’ half classroom style where I’ll share the information for the first half and help you implement it in the second half. You’ll stop needing to do the endless Google searches to figure out your numbers and how to successfully understand your finances like a true CFO.
With this cohort being limited to 10 people, you’ll be surrounded by a small group of other like minded business owners also on the same journey as you. You won’t be just another number as you’ll have the opportunity to brainstorm for your specific business and its needs.

As we kick off this 6 week cohort, we will be introducing you to the top 3 financial statements any business owner should know how to decipher. Through this process, we’ll be able to provide you with clarity around how much money you’re really making and how you can start to create awareness around the basics.
Week 2: How to Budget & Analysis Upcoming Trends
As we progress into the second week, we’ll be working through how to create a customized budget for your business. By creating a budget, you are able to track and then analyze upcoming trends when it comes to both profitability and expenses. Week 3: Empowering Yourself with Cash Flow
As we progress into week three, we’ll be working through how to create a customized budget for your business. In this eye-opening week, we’ll debunk common misconceptions and myths about taxes that often circulate on social media platforms like TikTok. This cohort is ideal for the business owner that has revenue under $150k and is wanting to become a true CEO and take charge of your business finances like never before. If you’re done with the conflicting information found on Google and don’t want to waste your time with tax advice from Tiktok, this cohort is for you.
No – this is not designed to teach the technical aspects of accounting or bookkeeping. What we are here to do is use that data created to grow the business in a way that supports who you are and your goals.
The program starts on Wednesdays beginning September 20th from 10:00 am to 11:30 am CST. If you miss a class, recordings will be available for download until the end of our session, so make sure to watch and download them. (Don’t worry, we will remind you!)
The program requires 2-3 hours per week, depending on how long it takes to complete the homework. After you’ve gone through the program, you can expect to spend 1-2 hours per week (max!) as your Chief Numbers Officer in your business.
The biggest difference between the cohorts is having 1:1 access to myself. By upgrading to VIP, you’ll have the opportunity to hop on a 1:1 call with me to go over your specific business questions in a private environment. With all the calls being a group session and on a certain topic, this would give you the opportunity to ask questions outside of the curriculum and go into more advanced strategy.
We understand life happens and sometimes we overcommit so we cannot make the calls.
